~50k miles
-It's had 4 new brake pads and 4 new calipers
-just replaced battery for sale
-New alternator
-Mot valid til January with only 1 advisory
-CU54 JJE registration
-fully converted and technically 4 berth (comfortably 3 though as 4 is a squeeze!!)
-Water and gas plumbed
-Shower
-Toilet with chemical waste tank
-Sink+boiler+pump
-Butane Gas oven and hob
-Spot lights + 230V plugs
-All the aforementioned water conversion features functioning via hookup cable for electrics (gas separate)
-The van has a huge "garage" section at the back, separate to the living space, originally purpose built for people that do motoX to put dirt bikes in, I use for all sorts of other bits and bobs, tools, workbench etc
-2 separate water tanks
-Big awning
-2x air vents
-I also have a 450watt solar panel and the wiring which I'd planned to put on the roof which I'm happy to go with the van.
-There is a diesel heater in the van which I have never plugged in/used as ive never figured out how to use it!! I'm sure someone more savvy could figure it out.

The conversion was done by RuddockRaceHomes so I don't know everything but happy to answer any questions as best I can.

It's remarkably well kept for an older vehicle and I genuinely believe it's an excellent van. Some attention needed on the paintwork but no more than expected for it's age. The engines in these vans are amazing and it has a lot of life left yet.
No warning lights on dash and van doesn't need the dreaded ad blue so none of the issues that come with that.

I've taken the van on many trips with no issues (farthest was the south of France!)
It's an excellent bit of kit that I'm sadly just not using enough to justify keeping.
