2018 Burnstner Lyseo 728G 4 berth motorhome based on the 2 ltr diesel Citroen Relay chassis covering 12638 miles and one owner. With a gross weight of 4000kg this motorhome will require a C1 licence to drive. On the plus side the road tax is cheaper.

The layout of the motorhome is rear twin fixed singles with middle infill to make into a transverse should you wish with large garage below.

The large garage has access from both sides via a large garage doors that could take a scooter in size. There is space for all sorts of equipment back here with the tie hooks ready.

The bedroom above is capable of being 2 good size singles or with the infill in use this bed becomes a super large double. There are deep shelves above sides of the beds for popping your belongings on once you are at your destination. Along with 2 cupboards along the rear wall for books etc.

The washroom is to the foot of the bed with the shower being to the near side this has a shower tray plinth so you actually get to use some of this area as general walk way when not in use which is genius. The shower itself has a shower screen and riser as well a place to hang your coat or wetsuit when needed along with a rooflight got great ventilation. Opposite is the electric flushing toilet which also has the hand basin, vanity mirror, low and high toiletries storage and again a roof light for extra ventialation with the toilet door closed the washroom becomes an ensuite to the bedroom a nice touch for privacy.

The kitchen is located centrally with a 3 way long slimline modern fridge with freezer compartment good sized door below. Opposite is the 3 burner hob with a glass lid and rectangle sink with glass lid, extractor fan, oven with built in grill, large storage cupboard below and overhead lockers up high there are power sockets for the kettle or air fryer etc when you are on the mains.

The lounge is up front, this is made up of a forward facing L shaped settee which houses 2 x 3 point seatbelts so 4 belts in total the front cab seats swiveled and a side single settee. This has over head lockers on both sides and is a really social space to be, great for having guests over or even just more space when its a rainy day.

Over the cab is a large double that manually drops down and has the use of safty nets. There is a decent amount of head room so you could sit up in bed for a cuppa.

There are quite a few extras ready fitted an awning, 4xbike rack, towbarand reversing camera.
