Blue VW T5 pop top campervan sleeps 4 MOTd and taxed

This is a fantastic campervan which has given us many wonderful holidays. Honest reason for sale due to my wife's disability.

The good points:

MOTd until 11th October and 6 month's road tax.

It's mechanically sound with all advisories from last Mot fixed.
Timing belt and water pump was done at 175589 miles. New gear box fitted in 2020 and new exhaust 2024. 3 of the 4 fuel injectors have been replaced since 2023

Van sleeps 4 with room for 2 in the pop top. The pop top itself has clear window with zip up covers and mesh screens on the sides. The back seat is a rock and roll bed (small double)
There are 4 travelling seats with seat belts.
Loads of storage. Also a handy shelf above cab when the pop top is up
2 burner hob and sink
Fridge with freezer compartment
Swivel front passenger seat
2 three pin sockets and 2 USB sockets that work when using hook up
2 USB sockets that work from leisure battery
Fridge works for approximately 3 days off battery
Dimmable spotlights x 3 and ceiling lights. One set only works from battery and both from hook up
Fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarm
Van has fitted Flamma s45 wind out awning. Also included is a Kampa Trip driveaway awning, ground sheet, carpet, Kador fixing strip and clamps so that it can be fitted onto the Flamma rail. This was bought last year and used for 2 trips. Kenwood Head unit on dashboard, with Apple play and Android auto
USB socket in glove box
Original removable cup holders
Curtains all round
Also included are 2 hook up cables, warning triangle, grey waste water container,gas bottle which is almost full, steering wheel lock, cushions,
some storage boxes and windscreen cover for night times
Pop up roof was waterproofed last year
Van comes with 2 keys
Shown on V5 as Motor Caravan
Road tax is £140 for 12 months or £77 for 6 months

Bad points:

Some exterior rust around wheel arches and driver side door as shown in photo

Some simple to fix interior bits that I haven't had time to do :
Passenger side grab handle is loose and needs screwed in
Felt covered panel on sliding door needs to be glued down at one side
New water pump needed for the sink but can be bought for less than £50
Boot only opens from inside. A temporary fix was made so that door is opened by pulling a wire handle. See photo. It works well
Ignition on one gas ring does not ignite. May need cleaned. Both rings work OK.
Small chip on windscreen
