A TV is provided and mounted to the corner point of the lounge area, by the main habitation door. The main bed is an electronically controlled drop down double with access ladder and is a good size and comes down to sit above the lounge. A well equipped kitchen includes extendable preparation area, 3 burner gas hob and electric hot plate, separate oven and grill, sink with mixer tap and a large 3 way fridge freezer. To the rear is a large washroom with home from home comforts. A flushing cassette toilet, wash basin with mixer tap, vanity mirror and storage and a separate shower cubicle along with large mirrored storage cupboard to the rear and access to the rear garage space.Heating and hot water is provided by the duel fuel Truma system with power from the 230v electric hook-up and 12v leisure battery with roof mounted solar panel. An external gas locker has space for two Calor style gas bottles. A good sized rear garage with access doors to both sides gives plenty of storage for outside furniture and sports equipment including a hanging rail to store wetsuits or similar.
