OFF-GRID MOTORHOME – GREAT CONDITION – SOME UNIQUE FEATURES

I have owned this lovely motorhome for around 9 months, my partner and I living in it while between homes, but now I can pass it on for someone else to enjoy. With its rare colour scheme and cosy, inviting interior, it is perfect for adventures or full-time living.

KEY FEATURES

- Very little mileage since MOT last July, when it needed a new crossmember and other welding at the front (a common problem with these) which was very profesionally done, costing me £1700.

- Some service history and serviced 700 miles ago, including new brake master cylinder; cam belt looks fairly new.

- Runs and drives perfectly; I've done several 200+ mile trips plus plenty of shorter ones with no problems at all; happy to cruise at 60-70 mph, fuel consumption seems reasonable for its size.

- Only one previous owner who did many trips to France, hence mainly-autoroute mileage.

- Fully off-grid via solar panel on roof with controller charging both van and (new) leisure batteries.

- Grey exterior is not perfect but pretty good, and combined with decals makes for a more individual look.

- Partially wood-lined interior creates that little bit of class and again individuality, along with new curtains.

- Standard elements of interior also in good condition, including refurbished toilet/shower.

- Lounge seating at rear quickly converts to spacious double bed (photos of both setups provided), and for just two people can be left like that full-time, given the separate belted seating/table behind the driver's seat.

- Swivel front seats provide extra seating and are extremely comfortable on long journeys.

- Further double bed above cab can also be used for storage.

- Plenty of other storage in cupboards and under rear, including 2 x external lockers.

- Separate wardrobe behind passenger seat.

- All appliances in full working order:

* Dometic RM8501 3-way fridge (nearly new and uses very little gas)

* Truma BS10 water heater

* Truma S3002P diesel heater

* 80l fresh water tank and large built-in grey-water tank

* Nearly full 13kg gas bottle in separate locker

* 300w inverter for charging phones, toothbrushes, tablets etc.

* 12v TV with DVD, Freeview and magnetic aerial

* Pioneer DAB radio with USB, Bluetooth etc.

- Extras include built-in Fiamma roof awning, 2-bike rack, various gas regulators, mains hookup leads.

- It's a 3.5 tonne motorhome so can be driven on normal license.
