2001 Auto-Sleepers Duetto 2 Berth Campervan

Description

2001 AUTO SLEEPERS DUETTO 2 BERTH CAMPERVAN68,000 MILESA proper old school camper with plenty of life left in it.This 2001 Auto Sleepers Duetto has been with its current owner for the past 14 years and has clearly been part of a lot of happy adventures. The time has now come for the owner to hang up the camping kettle and bring their motorhoming career to an end. With just 68,000 miles on the clock, the van drives very well and comes with a comprehensive service history, which is always reassuring when buying a camper of this age.Now for the honest bit.We are advertising this vehicle on our brokerage scheme as it does not quite meet our usual retail standards. We have found that the bathroom roof light has been leaking and this will require a small repair. Once this is sorted, the camper has every chance of being brought back to its former glory and becoming a cracking little touring van again. The bodywork is actually pretty good for a 25 year old camper, with just a few areas of surface rust. It is not pretending to be fresh out of the factory, mainly because the factory was a very long time ago, but it still presents well for its age. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is handy, practical, or simply fancies putting a little work into a solid and well loved camper.Low mileageComprehensive service historyDrives very well2 berth layoutOwned by the current keeper for 14 yearsGood bodywork for its ageBathroom roof light requires repairA great basis for someone looking for an affordable camper projectPlease do not message us to arrange a viewing, call us on 01282 450454.Bring your camping plans, your sense of adventure, and possibly a tube of sealant., 4 owners,
