Description
Friendly, busy neighborhood café dedicated to great coffee and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a confident, experienced Barista to join our team full time.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, pour-over and brewed coffee
- Greet and serve customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Take orders, operate the POS, and handle cash/card transactions
- Waitressing duties: deliver food/drinks, clear tables, maintain dining area
- Maintain cleanliness and espresso machine care
- Work calmly under pressure during busy shifts and solve customer/service issues proactively
- Assist with stock rotation, basic food prep, and opening/closing tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven barista experience in a café environment
- Strong customer-service skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work quickly under pressure and resolve problems independently
- Basic food handling knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability for full-time shifts, including weekends and early mornings/late evenings as required.
