Cafe / Coffee Shop For Sale

Description

Fantastic opportunity to acquire a well-loved, established coffee and doughnut shop.
Established 3 years ago as a passion project, turnover has grown year on year with the shop now firmly rooted in the heart of the community in Great Malvern.

Currently staffed by 4 part timers on a 5 day opening week - would suit an operator/owner to take it to the next level. Plenty of scope to add evening food and drinks to the menu.

Fully equipped doughnut bakery kitchen with commercial extraction and all kit included in the sale.

This is a turnkey business ready for its next chapter, with good growth potential.
Includes all fixtures and fittings, ready to operate immediately.
Everything is in good working order, well-maintained and clean.

Offers in region of £25,000 all inclusive (this includes £3046 rent deposit already held by the landlord which subject to conditions would be returned to you at end of tenure).

We'd love to see Dirty D's continue whilst we return to our main business that now requires all of our focus.

Accounts and lease details available on request for serious enquiries.
