I have 30-years’ experience of working for a number of organisations (including 13 years as CEO). During this time I also founded a market research company which I scaled to become a top 10 UK agency, which I sold in 2018.
Selling my business enabled me to focus on myself, drive purposeful change and it allowed me to bring greater balance to my life. After the sale I created Future Mindset Ltd, my coaching practice so I could concentrate on what I loved doing and what I was great at doing.
My coaching practice designs and delivers solutions which are tailored to your business and your people. I am all about delivering positive, personalised and impactful coaching.
