I would strongly advise people to be careful when dealing with this company. They pushed for full payment in advance before the work was completed, which should have been a red flag. The job was originally promised to be completed in 3 days, but it ended up taking 14 days, with constant excuses and delays. I was also told the work was finished when in fact several parts of the job had not been completed. The property was left in a mess and I had to repeatedly chase them to come back and remove their rubbish. On top of that, my floors were damaged during the work, and they are now refusing to take responsibility or fix the damage. Because of this experience, I have now contacted the relevant authorities. I would recommend others to be very cautious before hiring them.
