Description
Duties
Carrying out general construction and building works on residential properties under the direction of a site supervisor or project manager. Assisting with property refurbishment, maintenance, and minor building works in accordance with project plans and company instructions. Undertaking tasks such as repairs, preparation works, finishing tasks, and general site duties as required. Ensuring materials, tools, and work areas are prepared and maintained safely and efficiently. Complying with all health and safety requirements and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Reporting progress, issues, or defects to the site supervisor or management team.
Salary £33,400 -£41700
Skilles/Experience-Minimum 2 years’ experience in general construction work. Practical knowledge of building materials and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Awareness of health and safety regulations.
