We completely transformed a neglected attic into a stunning, fully functional loft in Basildon, building everything from the ground up with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The journey began with the careful demolition and removal of the old, weathered roof, clearing the way for a fresh start. From there, we rebuilt the entire structural framework from scratch

Inside, we expertly partitioned the space to define distinct living areas: a cozy bedroom, a modern open-plan living room, and a private bathroom. We laid a durable subfloor, followed by premium hardwood flooring that adds warmth and elegance underfoot.

Walls were framed, insulated, and finished with high-quality plasterboard (drywall), then seamlessly skimmed, primed, and painted in crisp, contemporary tones. Every corner was perfected for a flawless finish.

The bathroom was crafted entirely from zero: we installed full plumbing, tiled the floors and walls with stylish ceramic tiles, fitted a sleek walk-in shower with glass enclosure, a modern vanity sink, and a high-efficiency WC

Electrics were fully rewired throughout—new circuits, LED lighting, sockets, and switches installed to the highest safety standards. Large, energy-efficient windows were fitted to flood the loft with daylight while.

Finally, we designed and built a bespoke staircase from raw timber, custom-cut and assembled on-site, with sturdy railings and a smooth finish that serves as both a functional link and a striking architectural feature.

The result? A breathtaking, light-filled loft that blends industrial charm with modern luxury—ready to live, work, or relax in complete comfort. Built to last, designed to inspire.
