We cannot thank Michael, Natalia and their team for all their hard work during the renovation of the downstairs of our property. The project included plastering, rewiring lights and sockets, installing a media wall, fitting new internal and external bifolds, adding a skylight, laying flooring throughout, and installing a brand-new kitchen. Every part of it has been completed to an exceptionally high standard. From start to finish, their communication was fantastic. They truly listened to all our requirements, were proactive throughout and always took our thoughts on board. The whole team were flexible, tidy, reliable and trustworthy, which made the entire process smooth. Their attention to detail is second to none, and the quality of their work really shines through in every room. We would recommend them without hesitation and are looking forward to them completing further work in the future. Michael from Daydream Homes was easy to work with, helped us with our designs and was flexible with changes to our requirements. The quality of finish was excellent, and he worked in a very clean & tidy way. We would definitely use Michael again for future projects.

Michael asked me yesterday why I had chosen his company to do our plastering work over others who had quoted, and the answer was simply competency. As a female, I've sadly got used to tradespeople speaking to me like I don't know anything, but Michael was a breath of fresh air. He is respectful, articulate, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and generally an all round decent guy. He took the time to explain the plastering application and the products that he would use that would give us long term peace of mind. When it came to actually doing the job, he kept us informed along the way, kept the place incredibly tidy (which if anyone has worked with plaster will know, is a hard feat) and delivered a great finish. He isn't the cheapest, but I really do believe you get what you pay for, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

I asked Michael to quote for several jobs outside and around the house. The most urgent was a fence around my rear garden that had given up due to age and wind (a bit like myself). The work took two days but Michael and Luke did an absolutely stunning job. It wasn’t easy as there was a drop at the bottom of the garden that threw up a few issues, all dealt with in his stride by Michael in his determination to do a fantastic job. The fence is now secure and looks stunning. He paid a bit more from his own pocket to upgrade some of the work to an even higher standard and landscaped and re-seeded the garden where it had been “roughed up” during the work. He even added LEDs to the fence panels that look fantastic. A small touch but so effective. Michael is an easy going but extremely hard-working and likeable chap. He says he works to millimetres, not centimetres and it really shows. He was determined to do a top-spec job. Michael is not a “that’ll do” type of person. He isn’t satisfied unless the job is perfectly executed. Thoroughly professional in his approach and attitude. Customer service is second to none. He is returning next month to undertake work inside our home. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Michael is a diamond. He did some plastering for me 6 months ago. His work was perfect and the finish was like glass. Even 6 months later he still came round today to give me some help on an issue I was having from other works being done in the house effecting the rooms he plastered. He stayed for an hour and gave me completely free advice on how to fix it and stop it from happening. The after sales care is excellent and he really knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.
