What an absolute pleasure these guys are! Within 2 weeks, n9t only had Lyndon reviewed the work and qupted us a price, but had completed what we needed. They arrived on time, worked through the freezing cold, kept everything well within the timeframe they quoted and were so lovely to speak to. Just had hydroshield systems do the repointing on my house, and I’m honestly blown away by how good it looks now. The guys were really friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole thing totally stress-free. They showed up when they said they would, cracked on with the work, and kept everything tidy as they went. The mortar match is spot on — the brickwork looks cleaner, sharper, and way better than I expected. What I loved most was how helpful they were. They explained what they were doing, answered all my random questions, and kept me updated without me even having to ask. Proper good customer service. I’ve already had neighbours stop me to say how great the front of the house looks. I genuinely can’t stop looking at it — it’s such a huge improvement. If you need any repointing done, honestly just go with Hydroshield systems. Great people, great work, great price. Couldn’t ask for more!

I highly recommend Hydroshield. Lyndon arrived the day after I put my request in to give me a quote and the work was carried out within 2 days. He and Justin did a full damp proof course around the house and even went the extra mile to move a down pipe that was out of sync. The property was left clean and tidy when finished. Definitely get in touch with Lyndon if you have a damp problem. Very friendly team
