Description
Having seen David Werden extolling the virtues of Amado water keys I decided to treat my Adams E2 Custom Series Euphonium to a set. They're great for clearing out the water from all four valves quickly and discretely, without the anguish of having to pop a slide out and get it back in again mid-solo.
Adams weren't keen on retrofitting them to the existing tuning slides so I ended up buying a whole new set for valves 1 to 4, which was every bit as expensive as you can imagine for hand-built custom parts. I didn't get a new main tuning slide because that's triggered and has carbon fibre legs, which would have pushed the price even higher!
