Vintage leather box / cigar box Don Quixote (Spain)
For sale is a beautiful vintage wooden box, decorated with natural embossed leather depicting a scene from the novel "Don Quixote" (Capítulo LXIV).
Probably made in Spain in the middle of the 20th century. It has several compartments inside, was originally used as a cigar or cigarette box, but is also great for storing jewelry, watches, coins, postcards or other small items.
Condition: good vintage. There are natural traces of time and wear on the corners and edges, consistent with the age of the product (see photo). The hinges are strong, the lid opens and closes well.
