During the war the Vicar of St Michael's encouraged men from the parish who were in the services, to write to him telling of their experiences. Some of the edited letters are here , some illustrations, some biographical notes etc. Dedication - To John With warmest thanks Michael . Believed to be the author. 150 pages. 1st pub. 1999.
