Description
This is not just a book - This is a moment in modern rock history, frozen in ink and paper.
Presented to me personally at Blackbird Studios, Nashville, in 2014, during the recording sessions for Get Hurt by The Gaslight Anthem, this copy was hand-signed by Brian Fallon himself — frontman, songwriter, and one of the most respected voices of his generation.
I was there - recording the band as Mike Spink, award-winning recording engineer, working inside one of the most iconic studios in the world, when Brian handed me this book. No signing queue. No merch table. No fan scramble. Just a quiet moment between sessions, between takes, between songs and between smiles, that would go on to soundtrack a thousand lives.
That alone makes this book special.
The autograph makes it extraordinary.
This title is already highly sought after, with copies selling anywhere between £1100–£1500 when new, and continuing to hold strong value even in used condition. But this copy carries something money can’t manufacture — real rock ’n’ roll provenance.
This is the kind of item that belongs in:
a serious collector’s archive
a framed display beside vinyl and gold discs
a private library where stories matter as much as objects
or a fan’s hands who understands that Get Hurt was more than an album — it was a moment in time
Condition is excellent, carefully stored, and treated with the respect it deserves.
If you know, you know.
And if you’re reading this, you probably do.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
These moments don’t get reissued.
