Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Panel Beater & Paint Technician to join our growing team at The Body Guys. The ideal candidate will have experience in both vehicle body repairs and paintwork, delivering high-quality finishes to a professional standard.



🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out all aspects of panel beating, including dent removal, panel repair, and replacement
* Prepare vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
* Mix and apply paint to a high standard (colour matching essential)
* Perform full and partial resprays, blending where required
* Use spray guns and equipment correctly and safely
* Ensure all work meets high-quality finish standards
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines


🧠 Requirements:

* Proven experience in both panel beating and spray painting
* Good knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and paint systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
