Description
21ft x 6ft10in Narrowboat. Overplated in 2016. Powered by a 15hp 4 stroke outboard engine. This 21 foot all steel narrowboat is on a continous cruising license. It has been in the marina for 15 years so it's had very little use. The hull has been pitched in 2022. It has a 12v electric charging system off grid, 24v in a marina via the hookup, a sink, a camping stove, wood/coal burner, sink, a porta loo, foldable double sofa bed, BSS until summer 2025. The outboard engine which can be converted into an electric start up. There is room for a gas canister at the front, water tank, and plenty of storage at the front.
It's been overall very well preserved by an marine engineer for over 16 years, in excellent condition, and updated by it's previous owner but the interior does require updating some more. Although it is very small, the hull is in excellent condition which has been checked and welded by the marina owner. I've only had the boat for approximately 8 months. It's ideal for a single or a couple as a live aboard and very economical. Very secure inside. The engine has been serviced.
There is a slight issue with one of the floorboards and the hatch but otherwise, it's in good condition.
It's a very cute little boat and very easy to insure, perfect for a first time boater or a tiny boater. it does require a little TLC but is easy to upgrade and refurbish. Not much needs doing to it. I've installed a Japanese brand motor Tohatsu which is one of the best in the range of outboard motors. The engine comes with locks, a plumbline and a petrol tank. Easy to navigate.
The boat belongs to me and my daughter Joanna. We live in Cornwall, but will be back 9th to 16th Jan so please make an appointment if you would like to view it.
I apologise but please no timewasters or scammers. This a genuine sale, it is not a scam and can prove the boat belongs to me. Price is non negotiable.
