Searay 160CB Q5 speedboat for sale.
As can be seen the boat is in lovely condition and has been well cared for.
This is an ideal ski or first family boat.
The engine recently had a full comprehensive service using genuine parts including;
New water pump impeller and base gasket
New genuine Mercury gear oil/seal washers
New spark plugs
New thermostat
New fuel filter
Oil tank and system hoses cleaned
4 x carburettors cleaned and rebuilt
New fuel hose and primer from fuel tank
Fuel tank flushed and cleaned
Outboard is fitted with hydraulic steering which has had the old fluid purged and replaced with new. Engine is also fitted with Stainless steel Mercury laser II propeller.
The engine runs perfectly. Starts & easily idles, selects gears and revs up/pushes the boat along as it should.
(Engine can be seen running on flush upon request)
All gauges work and function properly.
The boat is sat on an indespension rollercoaster trailer which has no corrosion at all. (One mudguard has some staining as can be seen in photo) the trailer has also recently had brand new bearings and races fitted. The trailer also has a brand new winch strap fitted. (Brakes currently disconnected but can be reinstated)
The boat is clean. There are no soft spots in the floor anywhere. No damp and the transom is solid with no moisture present. It also comes supplied with fitted fishing rod holders and bimini top kit, Main Cover (with wooden stand) and Engine Cover along with spare wheel (pictured)
The boat does have the odd superficial mark exterior/interior wise commensurate with age, there is no cracking or damage to the seat leathers or stitching.
It can be shown running to any prospective buyer and provided a deposit is paid a water test can be carried out in Abersoch, North Wales. Deposit necessary to deter any timewasters.
