This yacht has been cruised mostly in the Irish sea, cruised the west coast of Scotland 

Offered sold as seen in fair condition and has been ready for sea up until this year when the storms of Jan-Feb resulted in a section of pulled off guard rail sanction, some are bent, there is also some chaffing to toerail and rubbing strake is evident with a couple of scrapes to the hull. These cosmetic issues are reflected in the price. 



This Rockall has a deep cockpit and accessible side decks 

Her deep bilge keels and skeg provide good sailing performance. The twin bilge keels are ideal for drying moorings. 

Accommodation: With 4/5 berths two forward, one in the saloon starboard side, and a quarter berth on the port side. 
Seperate heads compartment on starboard side 

Galley: 2 ring gas cooker with grill 

Sails: Roller reefing genoa and mainsail, these are well used but serviceable. 

Instruments: Echo sounder, plus, vhf radio, compass.

I am sell this boat for my father who can no longer access the boat due to ill health. I have no further photos of the interior, the mooring does not come with the boat. first to see will buy at this price.
