Lovely 50ft x 17 ft steel Bruce Roberts boat
Running perkins Sabre 6 cylinder diesel engine ready to move the boat as required.
Ex Thames party boat (still has bar and disco lights on top deck) converted to livaboard with full Eberspacher central heating and hot water. Beautiful log burner included.
Fully kitted galley with 3 ring gas cooker, microwave/oven, running water fridge and washing machine and dining area.
Spacious lounge with 3 seater leather sofa and entertainment ready.
Double bed and storage/cupboards etc in v berth.
Bathroom with flush toilet, short bath (with shower) and sink.
Top deck is room with boat controls, bar and disco lights, used for entertainment but could be converted to a single bedroom if heating added. The large party deck is also on the top deck and ideal for sun bathing and entertaining.
Currently moored in port Werburgh Hoo, Rochester, Kent, where moorings could be included subject to approval. Can also be moved to new destination under its own power.
