This is a Birchwood 22 classic GRP-constructed, 22 foot (6.7m) aft-cockpit cruiser.
Manufactured by Birchwood Boats .in Mansfield.
Key specs include a 8 foot 2 inches (2.5m) beam, a 2 foot (0.61m( draft ns ans air draft of roughly 7 foot 6 inches.
Typical engines include 30-47hp inboard petrol unit or diesel units (this one is petrol),offering speeds of 4-6 knots (cruising) up to 20 mph.

These boats are popular for river and coastal cruising, particularly on the Norfolk Broads.

It has a safety certificate until August 2026.

There are solar panels located on the cabin roof.

There needs to be some small work to install the deck head panels also the wiring for the wipers needs to be connected.

Otherwise it is in fair condition for its age and a project.
