Description
This is a 30 foot x 9 foot converted riveted aluminium life boat is as strong as the day it was built. ( no damage and much loved )
A good three decades ago a heavy duty six cylinder JCB Diesel engine was installed on a PRM Gearbox and converted for sea fishing .
I bought it off the friends who fished from her and we have started a full refurb and upgrade in design, will have a full length roof and half length enclosed wheelhouse giving two births , a nice galley kitchen and simple heads, running hot cold water lpg , diesel heater .
The draft is so shallow you can beach it with its triple keel so would be great on canals also.
Would make a great tug with the new steel bollards we had made for it and the heavy duty commercial engine which is fully working and radiator cooled.
The top will be made from steel by me and will be heavy made.
The hull is grp sheathed some 30 years ago but you can’t tell, it literally looks like it was done yesterday but was done to protect the alloy .

Could easily be a one person live aboard or one person and a dog.
Personally I love it.
The cabin would be double glazed .
Would be a fixed price when completed by January 2026
Possibly take a px but it’s rare so see when the time comes
