For reluctant sale is my 40ft swanlake narrowboat from 1966, I bought this intending on doing her up for myself but due to personal circumstances I simply do not have the time she requires, engine doesn't run at the moment (BMC 2.2 diesel) I have attached photographs of before and after I removed the mouldy plyboard, loads of bits and bobs on the boat, new alternator, belts etc, more information and viewings on request, currently has 11 months mooring fees paid but will unfortunately be non transferable. £4000 ONO
