Bought as a summer project but after fixing some of the issues such as the roof it has become apparent some of the work needed is beyond my skill set. The roof now works but the motor is quite noisy.
It has a small oil leak (pretty common on these)and will require new front brake pipes for the mot due in October. It has just had an oil service. The passenger door only operates internally and the electric window switch works when it wants to. It drives very well, starts first time, does not cut out and the engine has no ticking. The bodywork is not great but is ok at first glance, some fresh paint would make a big difference. The wheels and tyres are decent, the brakes work fine but new disks will be needed at some point.
If it was pristine this is a £3-£3.5k car due to the miles and low owners. Cheap car for the summer if you can sort out these issues for yourself. No lol
