Terms and Conditions:
1. This invoice is for the sale of a motor vehicle from 'The Seller', Aberdare Motors Ltd, to the stated customer, referred to herein as 'The Buyer'.

2.This invoice and associated terms and conditions constitute the entire contract between the two parties.

3.Delivery shall be deemed to have been made on the date that the Vehicle (stated overleaf as Vehicle Details) is made available for collection by the Buyer and the Seller has given notice to the Buyer that the Vehicle is ready for collection. The Vehicle will be physically delivered by the Seller to the Buyer only where agreed by the Seller and at the Buyer's cost.

4.The Seller will endeavour to secure a delivery date but shall be under no liability whatsoever for loss occasioned by delay of delivery arising out of any cause beyond the control of the Seller.

5.The Vehicle will remain the property of the Seller until the Total Outstanding Balance set out overleaf has been discharged in full to the Seller. A cheque given by the Buyer as payment or part payment shall not be declared as discharged until such cheque has been
cleared through the bank of the Buyer.

6.If the Buyer shall fail to take and or pay for the Vehicle within seven days after notification by the Seller that the Vehicle is ready for delivery, the Seller shall be at liberty to treat the contract as repudiated by the Buyer, and thereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited

7.The Buyer has examined the Vehicle and understands that the Vehicle is sold subject to defects

8.The Buyer confirms that it has satisfied itself as to the suitability of the Vehicle for its requirements and has not relied upon the Seller's skill or knowledge regarding the fitness of the Vehicle for any particular purpose or use.

9.The Vehicle details are sold as correct to the best of the knowledge of the Seller.

10.The Buyer confirms that they are within their legal rights to buy the Vehicle and confirms that they are 18 years of age or older at the time of this invoice.

11.The Vehicle is sold as used, and therefore the Sales of Goods Act 1979 does not apply to this sale.

12.The Vehicle being sold comes with no company warranty, and the only protection bestowed to the Buyer is under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if they are to be considered a consumer.

13.If the Buyer is a person engaged in the motor trade, the Vehicle is sold on the understanding of "SEEN, TRIED AND APPROVED" and the Seller shall have no liability whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt such Buyer shall not be considered a consumer afforded protection under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
