BMW M3 convertible in individual Estoril blue
Full service history (including the all important running in service)
New disks and pads from BMW in the past 6 month at a cost of £600
All 4 callipers look pretty much brand new
Recently refurbished diamond cut M3 alloys.
Just had one of the 2 keys serviced (new battery, micro switches etc) the other due next month.
All front end has been polybushed plus new control arms, ball joints, track rods and front springs
Still has original toolbox, BMW umbrella, first aid box (untouched and unopened) split windbreaker in boot for when the roof is down.
Has unmarked inside and outside hardtop plus stand for when the hardtop is off
Nearly brand new Bosch battery
Underneath has been inspected for the usuals, subframe damage, boot floor etc with no sign of any issues apart from some surface rust on the rear subframe.
5 previous owners (last 2 almost 20 years between them. I bought from a mature owner who also owned an X5M, previous to him an Asian woman owned 17 years)
He was told by her that it did have some very expensive engine work done in her ownership (possibly rod bearings, Vanos) but there’s no paperwork to support this.
It’s obviously been very well treated in the past, never been in the hands of a boy racer or anyone young, and has had 2-3 very expensive private plates on it within previous ownership.

The car speaks for itself, the bodywork is not split mint but it’s very good… there are stone chips, small bits of laquer peel, few scratches, bit of pitting on both front inner arches and the odd bubble of rust on the rear, but nothing that cannot be easily sorted.

Mechanically the car is excellent … no issues whatsoever. Everything works as it should. It’s an absolute gem of a car and one of my childhood dream cars growing up, but so has my Classic Impreza I’ve owned 16 years, which unfortunately needs major restoration. Funds from the sale of this will go into that. Those of you who know what these cars are about will know what to expect. Genuine interest only please, I’m a genuine seller, not a trader, not a scammer trying to flog a shed, a genuine family man that would like it to go to someone that will take care of it. I’m in no rush to sell for the cash for the Impreza, if I don’t get what I want for it it will just go back to storage and the Impreza waits a little bit longer than I really intended it to.

These cars are not only one of the best BMW’s ever made but are equally a solid investment for the future, especially in this colour.
