BMW 520d Manual – Well Maintained, Economical & ULEZ Compliant


Selling my BMW 520d, owned by me and my sister since 2018. We've looked after it properly, with a full annual service every year under our ownership. It drives beautifully – smooth, responsive, and with just the right amount of power.

It's also extremely efficient, averaging close to 60mpg, and only £35 a year to tax. It's ULEZ and all clean air zone compliant, making it a solid daily or commuter car.

It’s in very good condition for its age (just over 10 years), with only minor cosmetic marks shown clearly in the photos. One thing to note: the rear left door was scuffed while parked, so we replaced it. The new door has a black trim (vs chrome on the others), but we’ve used a sun visor around it to make it less noticeable. A garage could swap it back to chrome if preferred.

Interior is clean and in great shape. Sat nav works perfectly, though the screen has some scratches – purely cosmetic, nothing that affects functionality.

Selling only because I need an automatic. Otherwise, I’d keep it – it’s reliable, cheap to run, and genuinely enjoyable to drive.
