BMW 525i SE 2003 E39 Manual Black

I bought this car in 2023 and have loved every minute of it and would not consider selling it if I didn’t have to due to recently getting a newer car and no space to keep this. Mot until December current mileage is 120k. Only 1 previous owner from new.

The work I’ve carried out over the last 12 months

It’s had a service oil changed, oil filter, cabin filters, air filter and coolant flush
Drive belt and air con belt replaced
Ccv/pcv system replaced with febi bilstein kit and intake manifold gasket changed at the same time (elring) and dipstick tube cleared out
Spark plugs changed
New rocker cover and gasket
Eibach pro kit springs fitted all round same height as the m-sport
Both rear wheel bearings replaced
New seal round the windscreen
Gates water pump
Viscous clutch fan replaced
Top radiator coolant hose replaced

The 2.5 straight six runs very smooth and quiet.

There is some bad points which comes with all cars of this age various rust spots like the arches and bubble along the side skirt nothing major sils are solid, it’s is a cat n from when I bought it in 2023. There is an oil leak or using oil problem that will need addressing not looked into to far but does use oil requires frequent top ups. I would love to diagnose and fix it myself but I don’t have the time or space but will need sorting as soon as possible if planning on using it daily.

Overall solid car for someone who wants a usable project
