Since my ownership from 2023 car has had no penny spared, all necessary work has been done, and has been serviced every year at a BMW specialist, - have all the receipts

Just had a service 2 months ago, MOT due in November (but happy to chuck a new one on before sale)

Bad points
- when first driving in the morning brakes have become a little squeaky. Have previously had it professionally checked but no issues, they greased them up. (We believe it to be the handbrake shoes). Reversing in morning stops problem.
- Front Carbon splitter has started to peel (in photos)
- Drivers side side skirt has cracked.
- 2 alloys minor kerbing
- stone chips (to be expected)

selling as have upgraded the car. £7k ONO.
