Description
After much debate I am selling my beloved E46 Compact.
The car was purchased new by my parents in 2002 in Belgium and driven back to the UK and registered. The car was passed onto me in 2010 until 2016 when I sold it to a close friend to look after. He sold it back to me in 2022 and its been in my possession since.
Currently the car has what we believe to be a timing chain issue, it does start but cuts out when being driven on the road. The car has been off the road since August 2023 and has no MOT.
After several trips to the garage and attempting to trouble shoot the issue of the car cutting out attempting sensor changes. I was informed it is likely to be a timing chain issue.
Unfortunately after a lot of deliberation I don't have the funds or knowhow to fix the issue myself. But I belief whilst time consuming it for the right person it would be a great project to undertake.
The car is based in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. ST14 and would need to taken away on a car carrier/ transporter.
