I bought this BMW 1 Series 116d M Sport about 6 months ago as a temporary car, and it’s been a reliable drive.
The engine and gearbox work well. it’s cheap to tax, and economical so it would make a good runaround or a good project for someone.

Condition & Project Potential:
It does need a bit of work—a knocking from the front suspension and a few bodywork dings: dent on the front wing, dent on the rear bumper being the worst things.
The bonnet and front bumper were resprayed due to lacquer peel (color match isn’t perfect),
I will attach original picture before the respray as it was only cosmetic. I will add the photos at the end so you can see the genuine bodywork.
This would be an ideal project car for someone wanting a bit of a DIY fix-up with potential.
