The car drives very well and the roof operates correctly. The 3.0si engine, manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive make this a fantastic old-school BMW roadster, while the Pioneer head unit gives it some much-needed modern tech.

The only point worth mentioning is that the handbrake ratchet is showing some wear. The handbrake currently works perfectly well and holds the car correctly, but the ratchet mechanism may need replacing at some point. I’m mentioning it for complete transparency.

Overall, a lovely 3.0si manual E85 with a great colour combination, low ownership count and plenty of desirable work already carried out.
