Warranty Cover
New Vehicles: MJ Motors offers a limited warranty on new vehicles, covering any manufacturing defects and materials for a defined period or mileage, as specified in the warranty documentation provided with the vehicle. Pre-Owned Vehicles: Pre-owned vehicles may also include a limited warranty, which varies based on the specific vehicle. Warranty coverage for pre-owned vehicles will be clearly outlined in writing by MJ Motors at the time of purchase.

Warranty Limitation
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues related to normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Non-Covered Items: The warranty does not extend to non-mechanical components, cosmetic damages, tires, batteries, audio/visual equipment, or accessories not installed by MJ Motors.

Warranty Service
Authorized Service Centers: To maintain warranty coverage, all warranty services and repairs should be conducted by authorized MJ Motors service centers or approved service providers. Notification and Documentation: To make a warranty claim, promptly notify MJ Motors and provide necessary documentation, including the vehicle identification number (VIN), purchase receipt, and any other relevant information.

Warranty Claim
Repair or Replacement: MJ Motors reserves the discretion to either repair or replace any defective parts that fall under warranty, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the original purchase date of the vehicle or at the specified mileage limit, whichever occurs first.

Limitation of Liability
MJ Motors' responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, as determined by MJ Motors at its sole discretion. In no case shall MJ Motors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from or related to the warranty or any breach of it.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MJ Motors is located, without considering its conflict of laws principles.
