2008 BMW 118i SE 3 door in Metallic black, having covered 103,400 miles.

Bought and used by my step son, and it's generally a decent spec'd car with folding wing mirrors, front and rear parking sensors, professional radio, and alloy wheels.

Aesthetically the car does not have any rust, but does have some dints and scratches which I have tried to deal with the best I can - I would say the bodywork condition is average to good, its not terrible but its certainly not in A1 condition.

Interior condition is good, again not perfect with a few scuff to plastics etc. but nothing major to note.

Car drives very well, no knocks or bangs - has 4 budget tyres on it (1 replaced a couple of weeks ago due to a tiny side wall leak), the other 3 with around 5mm on them.

Recent service (oil, oil filter, air filter) from local garage and fresh 11 month advisory free MOT last week.

1 key, and V5C present - no documented service history other than the above recent one (103k) with it but I do have record of servicing at 4k, 9k, 20k, 28k, 29k, 31k, and 90k from the detailed inspection report when I bought the car, which will be provided.

Over the last 2-3 months spent over 1150 GBP on buying and fitting new parts including 4 x NGK spark plugs, 4 x Bosch coil packs, 4 x genuine BMW injectors from WTDiesel, 1 x genuine MAF, 1 x genuine NOx sensor, 1 x genuine O2 sensor, 1 x oil filter housing gasket, 2 x new sets of vanos solenoid seals, 1 x genuine oil valve, 1 x genuine oil pressure sensor, 1 x bonnet switch, 2 x genuine BMW replacement headlights, 2 x wing mirror glasses, 1 x replacement rear wiper motor assembly, replacement engine trims, and parcel shelf - receipts for everything are provided with sale.

Unfortunately the car is not running right - it does run well when it is not reading from the O2 sensor (open loop) but then develops a cylinder 2 misfire when it changes mode to read from the O2 sensor (closed loop). I have done what I can in replacing the parts I have but I do not have the time or expertise to invest further so selling as is, may be an easy fix for someone knowledgeable.

Also included in the sale is a spare injector, and 2 additional Bosch coil packs.

The only things that do not work on the car are the heated wing mirrors, the rear washer element and the passenger seat does not hinge forward.
