Have two bikes and only room for one really so selling the R1200 and keeping the R1150R it's just more my kind of bike for the country roads.

Everything about the 1200 is prety much perfect and it rides perfect and stops on a dime, it's just for another home.

I understand the bike came out of police service in November 2021.

The bike rides perfectly, Everything works.

I met the second owner and he was extremely fussy about looking after the bike. Highly organised man.

Recent owner service included All Oils, filers and drive spline lubrication.


Tyres

Metzler Roadtec Z8 matching tyres.
These passed MOT but figuratively the front tyre has some minor squaring and ideally the set should be replaced together but it's always an individual choice.


Two Seats - choice of either.

There are two OEM pilot seats made by BMW for the bike and there is a choice of either with this sale, I have both the standard and low seat.

Standard seat allows 820mm to 840mm settings.
Factory Lower seat allows 780mm to 800mm settings.

Luggage : Only the Givi bracket comes with the bike.

Added Brackets:

The bike does come with BMW luggage brackets (OEM) and you can put standard panniers straight on.

Or you can remove these rails and fit the narrower police / service spec side panniers

OEM Authority Wiring:

The original factory wiring for an authority / service vehicle is still present and would be a plug and play for running any additional requirements (eg road marshall service, lights, sirens etc.) or a refit for use in an authority service.
