Tandem built by Bill Philbrook one of England's finest frame builders,

I purchased the tandem due to my wife age 50 having Never rode a bicycle... I used to race them back in the day.. Thought it would work..
I was wrong she hated it..
I believe this is a 1979 frame.
Reynolds 531 Tubing.
TA Crankset
Campagnola Victory Chrono wheelset with Record Hubs.
Continental Tubulars
Campagnola front and rear derailleurs
5 speed block.
Paul cantilever brakes.
San Marco regal leather saddles
Cinelli criterium handlebars and stem.
Approximately 14 kilo.
