New tyre’s are part of this advert, but if you do not want them I am happy to alter the price accordingly.

A Well looked after and clean road bike- always kept indoors. Serviced regularly and has just had a health check, followed by a range of work being done, as well as new components fitted, Gears adjusted and indexed, new brake cables, new bearings, new cassette, new chain (neither of the latter two have any miles on them) but to name a few- the bike is in excellent mechanical condition. There are no cracks on any of the joining welds. Headset bearings and the bottom bracket in good condition.
The Brakes are sharp and bite very well.
There are the usual signs of wear and tear, one visible chip on the top tube (can be seen in the picture) and the usual wear and tear in the typical places, cable rub and etc, nothing of note or concern!
Saddle is in great condition and awfully comfortable.
The frame and handle bars are firm and responsive, but provide a good feel through your hands and feet, but still very responsive and light- a smooth ride overall.
I have owned this bike for around four years and I have enjoyed it massively !
