Workout bench for exercise, or in my case its been used as a seat for most of its time with me its first owner bought new less then a year ago. Minimal wear not tears or leather rips, some slight movement of the padding material has created a few ridges as shown but you cant feel them and is about the only wear. Foam is in pristine shape also and locking pins are included. Can be adjusted to a range of hights/angles and leg holder bit can be moved up and down also. From a non smoker home, no spills.
