Description
This is a great cage for safely lifting weights solo.
It is in great condition and from a smoke free home.
Note: Weights and bar shown are not included! Shown for illustrative purposes only.
It folds away quickly by simply quick releasing the pull up bar and folding in the sides which is a great space saver.
Has two sets of quick release safety bars.
Also has two sets of hangers for barbell, for convenience of getting straight into your session.
Has 3 sets of weight holders on each side for easy organisation of weight plates. These have covers to also accommodate 2" olympic plates.
Has quick detachable dip bars.
Also comes with attachment for pulley system to allow resistance work. I've rarely used this because it doesn't fit in my new house so can't show it attached.
Comes with wide arm pull down and a short pull up bar for the resistance work. Also an ankle attachment.
This is obviously in very good condition and well looked after. This kit will last forever!
