Duties

Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Assist in promoting additional services and products that enhance the client experience.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of makeup application is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent attention to detail and artistic flair for nail design.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
A valid certification or qualification in nail technology is preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
