Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our skincare clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective laser hair removal treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines
Conduct consultations to assess client needs, skin types, and suitability for laser procedures
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimise results and minimise risks
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
Keep detailed records of treatments administered, client progress, and any adverse reactions
Stay updated on the latest laser technology advancements and best practices in skincare treatments
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Assist in promoting clinic services through effective communication and personalised recommendations

Skills

Proven experience in laser hair removal or related aesthetic treatments is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly in English
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy at all times
Basic knowledge of makeup application is advantageous but not essential
Organised with attention to detail to ensure precise treatment delivery and record keeping
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a friendly, approachable manner
Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently whilst prioritising client safety

Qualification

Beauty therapy level 3 or 4
Level 4 in laser/ ILP by VTCT, ITEC OR CIBTAC
Level 4 in RF (Radio Frequency) by VTCT, ITEC OR CIBTAC.
