Buyer will need suitable transport for larger items such as the shower screen, tray and furniture.
The bathroom is being removed solely because we are refurbishing the room, rather than because of any known problem with the suite. Ideal for a rental property, renovation, extension, annexe or anyone looking for good-value bathroom fittings. The bathroom will be professionally removed as part of the refurbishment.
Note: WC needed during refurbishment but can be taken afterwards if desired.
