New roof and gutters Oct 2021. Within 24hours major problems prevailed. Although they came out a few times, they were clearly out of their depth, done patchwork, couldnt get to root of problems as water penetration /leaks persisted over a period of 6 months, causing internal damage too. One excuse after another also during that period and btw they were not cheap /reasonable price wise either. Their solution was spray foam, silcone sealant instead of doing full and proper leadwork, which btw they had assured on several occasions had been done. After 6 months of stress, anxiety and ongoing damage they finally said problem was at neighbours side of chimney (march 2022). Turns out not the case. I have finally managed to get chimney seen to and full leadwork done , which had to be done/undertaken by another company. Other matters had to be seen to too. I gave them 6 whole months to do right and provide water and wind tight roof, they failed. There is a lot more, before , during and after pictures are available too as is independent report. In light of all this , I requested refund and compensation, which they have not honoured. In april 2022, suddenly let it slip also that they were not a registered company when done my job so I cant do anything and oh yes, I was told last week that highly likely company about to declare bankruptcy - that was when I noted refund and compensation due. The attic was left in a hell of a state too, let alone mess outside. The boss or gaffer is /was Steven Brown, who last week told me he had left the company now!! , but then again there have been a stream of lies and excuses provided to date. They chopped and changed materials (eg when I agreed contract with them it was for Marley tiles) , when they had stripped the roof I ended up with Redland tiles. Problems with gutters were also encountered and overall they came out couple of times to sort those - but again that took months to conclude. Overall, a very dissatisfied and upset customer. Do not wish anyone to go through what hell I have been through for 6 months.

Spot on guys 100% sorted leak on roof and got a quote to re tyle my roof and was excellent price very responsive respectable and very polite

Honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough fixed the leak in my roof in no time even cleaned up when the job was done reasonably priced 5 star service (if only all tradesmen where as easy to deal with as these guys) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
