The loft conversion I had done recently has been a great success. Giorgi Kinysurashvili of Neofix Development is totally competent in how he assesses and delivers on work. Though there were some complications on the way, Giorgi remained alert to whatever needed doing. I would say he often went the extra mile to make the entire process more than worthwhile. Because of his hard work, helped by his team being a good one, the conversion has been completed to a high standard of workmanship. I thank Giorgi for his participation in this project.

George and his team did a great job doing a total renovation of my one bedroom flat. New kitchen, new bathroom, flooring, wiring and painting. Everything was done to a very high standard and stayed within budget. And with it being my first project, his knowledge, experience and flexibility was much appreciated. Its 2 weeks since they finished and I'm delighted with the transformation! They were wonderful to work with and i recommend them highly!

Neo Fix came highly recommended to us and proved exactly what we wanted - very skilled, very reliable and nice and straightforward to deal with. Georgio listened to what we wanted and made helpful, cost efficient suggestions eg a simple heating solution and restoring doors and a window we hadn’t thought salvageable. The difference to our kitchen is amazing. The finish they achieved is beautiful - they clearly take real pride in their work and have a host of talents. They stuck to the cost and time frame, worked very hard, and cleaned up every day. We only wish we could have them sort out the rest of the house!

NeoFix came very highly recommended to us and I’m so glad they were. They’ve transformed our kitchen space and been fantastic to deal with throughout. Communication is clear and responsive and they were completely reliable, starting and finishing the project exactly when they said they would. The team work very hard, take great care and are really skilled - the finish is fantastic. We really appreciated how neat and tidy they left things every day too. We only wish we could have them re-vamp the whole house!
