Initially when Paul came, we just wanted to see what our options were when it comes to the dishwasher as there was no space under the sink he came up with a solution went to the end of earth back again to make sure we was happy worked in the blazing heat and done a great job thanks Paul. I would definitely recommend him and gave us a great price.

Paul was initially very good. We had an issue with a flushing mechanism that wasn’t working. Paul communicated very quickly and came to replace the cistern, along with the tiling that surrounded the cistern, realigning the previously wonky tiling. Once the job was around 90% completed, Paul issued the invoice to us and demanded that he is paid very quickly because “it makes him nervous” if it isn’t paid quickly. He came once after that to complete a small job and found he still needed an item to finish it off. Since then, Paul has not come back despite the job being unfinished. Initially, he didn’t turn up to an appointment and was not answering calls or a text to let me know where he was. A week later, he informed me of the reason that he could not come and agreed to rearrange. Again, Paul did not turn up on the agreed day and did not answer any calls or messages of me asking if he was still coming and whether we needed to rearrange again. I heard nothing from Paul for the next 2 months, despite sending the occasional message and leaving the occasional call. Then, after 2 months of silence, he sent me a text out of nowhere saying that he was going to come on the Friday of that week. On that Friday, his van then broke down and he couldn’t come. He promised me that he would come the following week on “any day that suited me” and that he “wasn’t trying to mess us around”. I gave him two full work days during that week (Wednesday and Thursday) that I could be in the house for his appointment. Paul did not turn up again and did not inform me that he could not come. On the Friday, Paul called me to apologise and explained that he would come on Sunday as he had a full free day. I agreed. He did not answer another call or text from me and did not come. We have been messed around by Paul since we paid him, despite the issue not being fully resolved and the job being left unfinished. Communication is impossible as he has not answered a single call or text from me for over two months.
