It allows you to track its weight and to know its class of BMI thanks to a simple colour code: Blue (Lean), Green (Normal), Orange (Overweight), Red (Obese). Adjust the BMI ring around the dial to match your size in cm and zero Mount on the scale and the needle shows you your weight and BMI category.
