Heavy-duty offset smoker for proper low-and-slow BBQ. This one's been kitted out with the full upgrade package — all genuine Oklahoma Joe parts — so it cooks far better than the stock setup. Bought new with these upgrades it'd be around £1,000.

Condition: used and well-seasoned. The dark interior coating is built-up smoke seasoning — that's a good thing on a smoker, as it protects the metal and adds flavour. There's some light surface rust on the rims, end caps and firebox exterior, which is completely normal for any used smoker stored outside. Heavy-duty cooking grate fitted with loads of cooking surface, and all hinges, dampers and components are in full working order.
Great cooker for anyone serious about smoking who doesn't want to pay full whack for the mods. Collection only (it's heavy!). Comes with cover.
